Protection Plan

We understand while you are on vacation that it is your time to enjoy your family and relax. Don’t let small incidental damages ruin your vacation. We know that small spills on the carpet and marks on the wall will happen. Although they are accidents, there is still a cost to correct the unintentional damage. This is why Adore Orlando Villas has developed the Vacation Protection Plan. For a flat $79.00 fee, you will be covered for all small damages up to $1000.00. This will cover you for stains on the carpet, marks on the wall, broken dishes, stained or damaged towels, and other small items.

The Damage Protection Plan does not cover damages due to negligence or gross negligence on the part of the renter or guests nor does it cover intentional damages to the property. It also does not cover theft. If you choose the protection plan, we will still need your credit card information. If damage does occur, please report it as it occurs so that we may be able to access and/or minimize the extent of the damages. The protection plan is only valid if the incident is reported prior to departure. It will become void upon departure. If it is determined that the damage was not caused by accident and was the result of inappropriate action resulting in negligence, the guest is then responsible for all damages.

Booking Fee:

Adore Orlando Villas rents properties directly managed by Adore Orlando Villas and properties managed by other suppliers. The properties managed by other suppliers are leased using the the "prepaid" model (sometimes called the "merchant" or "net" rate model), you pay upfront and we handle your payment to the proper supplier. We are not the provider of the lodging accomodations under this model, and we do not collect taxes or remit taxes to taxing authorities. Amounts displayed in the "Taxes and Fees" line for prepaid lodging transactions include an estimated amount we expect the lodging supplier to bill for applicable taxes, governmental fees and other charges that the lodging supplier must pay to the government. In addition, the "Taxes and Fees" line includes a fee we charge and retain in exchange for the services we provide in facilitating your transaction with the lodging supplier.
